Access to the BuildSteel Web Site (“Site”) is provided to you subject to the following terms and conditions which may be updated by the Steel Framing Industry Association and its business units, subsidiaries and affiliated entities (collectively referred to herein as “SFIA”) from time to time (“Terms and Conditions”). In addition, use of certain areas of the Site is subject to additional conditions or rules applicable to such areas and those conditions or rules are hereby incorporated by reference. The Terms and Conditions are a legally enforceable agreement with the respect to your use of the Site, subject to SFIA’s right to make modifications at any time as described below.
